COMMISSION INFO

Commissions are open! Please take a look at the TERMS tab before commissioning me for a piece. Please place your orders in the request form or by DM on any of my socials! If you have any other questions or concerns, please send me an email at [email protected] or a DM on any of my socials. If you’d like to take a look at my artwork, pay a visit to any of my socials on the homepage! I will upload my gallery onto Ko-fi soon.

TERMS OF SERVICES

By commissioning me, you agree to the terms of services below.
Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.

I. General Info

- Please write in a clear and polite manner when messaging.
- Any inappropriate/hateful behavior will not be tolerated and your commission will be cancelled if it occurs.
- I, the artist, have the right to decline or cancel a commission for any reason.
- Artwork cannot be used commercially or claimed as your own.
- If a client requests a commission that has a deadline of a week or less, rush fees may apply.

II. PAYMENT

- All commissions must either be paid in full within 24 hours, or a 50% down payment within 24 hours and 50% after the commission is complete.
- The only currency accepted is USD.
- Payment can be made either via Paypal or Ko-fi. Other payment methods may or may not be accepted, the client must let me know their preferred method of payment when discussing pricing.

III. COPYRIGHT & USAGE

- I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the client.
- The client is allowed to share, repost, and use the artwork for personal use with proper credit given to the artist.
- The copyrighted artwork is ONLY for personal use unless agreed otherwise.

IV. CANCELLING/REFUND POLICY

- I have the right to cancel and refund a commission at any time.
- The client may request a cancellation and full refund before or during the sketch phase.
- If a cancellation is requested during the inking or coloring phase, only a partial refund will be given depending on the artwork’s progress.
- If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have every right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers. You will also be forbidden to commission from me ever again.
